Raise3D DF Cure
The DF Cure machine by Raise3D is an essential device in the Raise3D DF2 resin 3D printing solution. Specifically designed as an add-on to the DF2 resin 3D printer, the DF Cure machine provides an integrated and intelligent solution for curing parts printed using resin 3D technology. Before curing, the printed parts need to be thoroughly cleaned in the DF Wash device.
Uniquely equipped with an RFID tag system, DF Cure allows for the automatic adjustment of curing settings for each material. The strength of DF Cure lies in its diverse, traceable, and customizable UV curing and heating profiles.
DF Cure ensures comprehensive curing of cleaned parts through the use of a powerful LED light source with variable wavelengths (365 / 385 / 405 nm) as well as air heating with a maximum temperature of 120°C. The maximum curing size is φ 230 x 300 mm. To ensure safer and more convenient post-processing, DF Cure comes with heat-resistant gloves and a tray.
This machine provides an efficient solution for the finishing of 3D-printed resin objects and ensures precise and reliable curing under controlled conditions.
