Raise3D DF Wash
The Raise3D DF Wash machine is an innovative cleaning device specifically designed for use in conjunction with the Raise3D DF2 resin 3D printing system. This state-of-the-art washing solution is exclusively designed for use with the DF2 resin 3D printer and provides an intelligent and seamlessly integrated cleaning solution for parts printed with resin. For final finishing, the parts should be post-cured in the DF-Cure device.
A remarkable feature of the DF Wash is its RFID tag system, allowing it to automatically identify and apply the optimal washing settings for each material. The DF Wash impresses with its efficient liquid management, automatic cleaning and draining functions, as well as remarkably straightforward maintenance.
To ensure thorough cleaning, the DF Wash utilizes two turbines that enable a handwashing simulation and features a dual-fan air drying system. The device has a 14-liter tank, can accommodate parts with a maximum washing volume of 200 x 112 x 300 mm, and is compatible with various solvents such as IPA alcohol, water, or TPM solvents. In addition to the DF Wash, an electric siphon pump, a washing basket, a waste disposal system, and a hydrometer are provided to optimize the cleaning process.
