Bambu Lab PAHT-CF

Bambu Lab PAHT-CF is a carbon fiber reinforced high-temperature nylon filament.

Bambu PAHT-CF is a composite material made from PA12 and carbon fiber. Bambu PAHT-CF combines the advantages of PA12's low water absorption and high-performance carbon fibers, offering excellent mechanical and thermal properties that remain stable even when the prints get wet. Increased Z-layer adhesion and flexibility make it ideal for producing technical parts such as functional prototypes, machining fixtures, injection molds, jigs, and small-batch production parts.

Low Water Absorption

With a 50% lower water absorption rate compared to regular PA-CF,

Bambu PAHT-CF maintains excellent mechanical properties and dimensional stability, even when exposed to high humidity.

Exceptional Z-Bonding

Bambu PAHT-CF exhibits much higher Z-layer adhesion compared to regular PA-CF,

allowing it to withstand strong impacts or loads without breaking or deforming.

Designed for High Temperature Resistance

The heat deflection temperature of Bambu PAHT-CF is up to 194℃ (0.45 MPa)*, making it suitable for applications where the printed parts may be exposed to high temperatures without deforming or losing their strength.

*The long-term temperature resistance depends on the structure and usage scenario of the model itself.
