BASF Ultracur3D ST 7500 G Tough Resin (Grey)

Ultracur3D® ST 7500 G from Forward AM is the latest addition to our Tough product line. This material is characterized by its extremely fast and easy printability, delivering printed parts with excellent surface quality and intricate details. This makes it ideal for applications such as figurines, hobby models, and functional prototypes.

Thanks to the combination of high durability and low water absorption, this material is also perfect for applications requiring high resistance, such as outdoor use.

The material is available in grey.

Compared to other materials in our Tough product line, it has slightly lower impact strength than Ultracur3D® ST 45 B but significantly lower water absorption. Compared to Ultracur3D® ST 80 B, it offers overall better mechanical properties and much faster printability. In comparison to an existing grey all-purpose product on the market, Ultracur3D® ST 7500 G shows very similar performance, with higher elongation at break but slightly lower modulus and HDT. Additionally, Ultracur3D® ST 7500 G is TPO-free.

Application Instructions:
The material should be processed at room temperature. It needs to be well shaken before use. Slowly pour the material into the container and wait a few minutes for a smooth, bubble-free surface to form before starting the print job. Users should always determine the optimal settings for their needs. Please refer to the user manual or instruction guide of your 3D printer for specific print settings and operation. Carefully remove the parts from the build platform using an appropriate tool. Further information can be found in the user manual of your 3D printer.
