BASF Ultrafuse® TPU 64D
Soft, flexible filament, for Bowden-style 3D printers.
Ultrafuse® TPU 64D is the hardest elastomer in BASF Forward AM's flexible product line. The material features relatively high stiffness with some flexibility.
This filament is perfect for industrial applications where sturdy parts need to be impact, wear and tear resistant. Due to its property profile, the material can be used as an alternative for parts made of ABS and rubber.
Ultrafuse® TPU 64D is easy to process on direct drive and Bowden wire printers and is compatible with soluble BVOH support to realize the most complex geometries.
